Terms & Conditions:

Event Description and Risks: The Event will take place from November 14-16, 2025. It may include, but is not limited to, various activities, sessions, and networking events. I acknowledge that these activities could involve certain risks, which I accept as part of my voluntary participation.

Participant Cooperation and Safety: I agree to follow all instructions given by Humanum Project staff, facility personnel, law enforcement, or any other authority on-site for the safety of myself and others. I commit to maintaining a respectful and non-aggressive demeanor at all times, intervening only as necessary for self-defense in my judgment. I confirm that I am in good health, both physically and mentally, and can safely attend and participate in the Event.

Waiver of Liability and Indemnity: I release and discharge Humanum Project, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or causes of action related to my participation in the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Humanum Project. I agree not to initiate any lawsuit or claim for damages against Humanum Project. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold Humanum Project harmless against any claims, settlements, or legal costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from my participation in the Event.

Health Risks and Liability Waiver: I acknowledge the inherent risks of exposure to contagious diseases during the Event, which may result from interactions with others, including participants, staff, or volunteers. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with potential exposure and any subsequent illness, injury, or disability, except for those resulting from Humanum Project's gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I agree to comply with any applicable health-related restrictions that may be in place.

Medical Authorization and Costs: In case of an emergency or illness, I authorize Humanum Project to seek medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I agree to reimburse Humanum Project for any expenses incurred in providing such care.

Use of Image and Name: I grant permission for Humanum Project to use my name, image, or video footage for promotional purposes, including on its website and in other marketing materials related to the Event.

Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable Donations: Donations to Humanum Project are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Non-refundable Application Fee: The application fee of $15 for event registration is non-refundable.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your registration, please email [email protected] with your request.

Refund Policy: By August 1, 2025: Cancellations made before this date will receive a full refund, minus the $15 non-refundable application fee.

By August 15, 2025: Cancellations made before this date will incur a $100 charge, or the equivalent will be charged to the card on file.

By August 31, 2025: Cancellations made before this date will result in a 50% refund of the total ticket price, or the equivalent will be charged to the card on file.

After August 31, 2025: Cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund. Humanum Project will retain the full ticket price or charge the remaining balance to the card on file.

No-show Policy: Attendees who fail to show up without prior cancellation notice (per this policy) will be charged the full event ticket price. Cancellations or attendance changes must be communicated in advance as per the above schedule.he event.
